My item arrived damaged. What should I include?
Contact us with the order reference and clear photos showing the problem. You may be asked for a packaging or shipping-label photo. Please do not return goods until we provide instructions.
Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
Contact us promptly. We can review a correction request before dispatch but may not be able to reroute a package already with the carrier.
Can I ask for a refund here?
